You agree to notify Vanson promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion where necessary to protect customers, operations, security, or compliance obligations.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Vanson strives to accurately display products, specifications, pricing, and availability.
However:
- product images are illustrative and may vary from actual products;
- colors may vary due to monitor or device settings;
- leather is a natural material and may exhibit unique grain, texture, markings, and variation;
- handcrafted products may contain reasonable variations in appearance, finish, or construction;
- specifications, materials, and product details may change without notice.
Such variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
6. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications may change without notice.
Despite our efforts, pricing or availability errors may occasionally occur.
If an error affects your order, Vanson reserves the right to:
- cancel the order;
- refuse the order;
- limit quantities;
- contact you regarding corrected pricing or availability.
An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order.
Order acceptance occurs when Vanson processes and approves the order for fulfillment.
7. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Standard Orders
When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.
Vanson reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including:
- suspected fraud;
- inventory limitations;
- pricing errors;
- payment issues;
- suspected reseller activity;
- compliance or security concerns.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party providers including:
- PayPal;
- Authorize.net;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- Sezzle.
Use of those services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies maintained by those providers.
Vanson does not store complete payment card information on its own systems.
Custom, Made-to-Order & Special Production Products
Certain Vanson products may be custom-built, modified, made-to-order, or produced using customer-provided specifications.
For such products:
- production schedules are estimates only;
- lead times may vary based on workload, materials, supplier availability, or manufacturing requirements;
- customer-supplied measurements, specifications, and instructions are the customer's responsibility;
- Vanson may request clarification or confirmation before production begins;
- production may begin upon approval of specifications, measurements, designs, or order details.
Because custom and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for individual customers, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except as required by law or expressly approved by Vanson.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming measurements, specifications, and customization details before production begins.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Vanson will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Any shipping dates, production estimates, lead times, or delivery schedules provided by Vanson are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- manufacturing schedules;
- material availability;
- carrier delays;
- weather conditions;
- customs processing;
- labor disruptions;
- events outside Vanson's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Vanson is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss and title to products generally transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt and notify Vanson of any shipping damage or fulfillment issues within a reasonable period after delivery.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Vanson is committed to customer satisfaction and stands behind the products it manufactures.
Subject to the conditions below and any applicable law, standard unworn products may be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit if returned within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date.
Prior to returning any merchandise, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting:
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +1 (508) 678-2000
Returns or exchanges that do not include a valid RMA number may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
Refunds
Eligible products may be returned for a full refund, including original outbound shipping charges, when:
- the product is defective;
- the product received differs from the product ordered; or
- the product materially differs from the specifications presented on the Website.
Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable when:
- the product does not fit;
- the product does not meet customer preferences;
- the customer no longer wishes to keep the product; or
- the return is otherwise unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.
Refund eligibility is subject to product inspection and verification by Vanson.
Exchanges
Standard unworn products may be exchanged for reasons including:
- size;
- color;
- style; or
- similar customer preference considerations.
Exchanges must be received by Vanson before replacement merchandise is shipped.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with voluntary exchanges.
Any difference in product pricing will be charged or credited accordingly.
Store Credit
At Vanson's discretion, store credit may be issued in place of a refund or exchange.
Store credit will generally be issued instead of refunds when the original purchase involved:
- store credit;
- racing contingency awards;
- gift certificates;
- promotional awards; or
- similar non-cash consideration.
Products submitted after the standard 30-day return period may, at Vanson's discretion, be eligible for store credit or other accommodation.
Where accepted after the return period, products must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached and will be evaluated based on the lower of:
- current selling price; or
- original purchase price.
Any such accommodation remains solely at Vanson's discretion.
Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for refund, exchange, or store credit, products must generally be:
- unworn;
- unused;
- unaltered;
- free from damage;
- accompanied by original tags where applicable; and
- received in condition acceptable to Vanson.
Vanson reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise meets eligibility requirements.
Additional return requirements, exclusions, and procedures may be described in Vanson's Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. WARRANTY, CUSTOM ORDERS & SPECIAL MANUFACTURING TERMS
Product warranty coverage is governed by Vanson's Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The following additional provisions apply to custom products, made-to-order products, special manufacturing projects, and warranty-related matters.
Custom Orders
Custom orders, made-to-order products, and specially manufactured garments require customer approval before production.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- a signed order approval may be required;
- a deposit of up to fifty percent (50%) of the order value may be required before production begins; and
- deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced.
Production may begin based on measurements, specifications, designs, artwork, or instructions provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all measurements, specifications, and instructions submitted to Vanson.
Alterations required due to inaccurate customer-provided measurements, specifications, or instructions may result in additional charges.
Custom Product Lead Times
Production schedules, completion estimates, and delivery projections are estimates only.
Manufacturing timelines may vary due to:
- production workload;
- material availability;
- supplier delays;
- staffing considerations;
- design complexity; or
- circumstances beyond Vanson's reasonable control.
Rush Manufacturing Service
Vanson may offer expedited manufacturing services for certain products.
A rush service surcharge may apply.
Rush service represents an effort to prioritize production and is not a guarantee of completion by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.
If Vanson accepts a rush surcharge and subsequently determines that expedited production cannot be achieved, Vanson may refund the rush surcharge without additional liability.
Custom Product Returns & Alterations
Custom products, personalized products, altered products, and made-to-order garments are generally non-refundable.
Customers requiring alterations or adjustments to custom products should notify Vanson promptly.
Unless otherwise approved by Vanson, requests for post-production alterations should be submitted within thirty (30) days of the shipment date.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Ownership of Custom Designs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, design concepts, layouts, patterns, artwork, graphics, and related materials created, modified, engineered, or developed by Vanson in connection with a custom order shall remain the property of Vanson.
Customers retain ownership of intellectual property they originally provide, but grant Vanson the rights necessary to manufacture, reproduce, modify, and fulfill the requested work.
No Vanson-developed design, pattern, or production artwork may be commercially reproduced without Vanson's written authorization.
Leather Characteristics & Finish Limitations
Leather is a natural material and may contain variations in grain, texture, markings, color, and appearance.
Such characteristics are natural features of leather and are not considered defects.
Certain decorative finishes, including fluorescent, metallic, and other specialty surface treatments, are subject to wear, fading, discoloration, and environmental effects.
Fluorescent and metallic finishes are particularly sensitive to light exposure and may fade over time.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, decorative finishes, color retention, fading resistance, and refinishing of non-drum-dyed leathers are not covered under warranty.
Product Specification Changes
Vanson reserves the right to modify product specifications, materials, construction methods, components, and manufacturing processes without prior notice where such changes do not materially alter the intended function of the product.
11. PRODUCT PERFORMANCE, MOTORSPORT USE & RIDER RESPONSIBILITY
Many Vanson products are designed for motorcycle riding, motorsports, racing, or other activities that involve inherent risks.
No protective garment, leather suit, jacket, glove, boot, armor component, or other product can eliminate the risk of injury, death, property damage, or other loss.
Customers understand and acknowledge that:
- motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous;
- motorsports activities are inherently dangerous;
- crashes and accidents may result in serious injury or death regardless of equipment used;

Customers are responsible for:
- selecting products appropriate for their intended use;
- maintaining products in safe condition;
- inspecting products before use;
- following manufacturer instructions and recommendations;
- understanding the limitations of protective equipment.
Vanson makes no representation that any product will prevent injury, eliminate risk, or provide protection in every circumstance.
12. USER SUBMISSIONS & CUSTOMER MATERIALS

- custom products;
- repairs;
- warranty claims;
- customer service requests;
- technical consultations;
- manufacturing inquiries.
Customers retain ownership of content they submit.
However, by submitting materials to Vanson, customers grant Vanson a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, store, review, and process such materials as reasonably necessary to:
- evaluate requests;
- provide customer support;
- manufacture products;
- complete repairs;
- fulfill orders;
- administer warranty services;
- operate the business.
Customers represent that they possess all rights necessary to provide submitted materials and that such materials do not infringe the rights of third parties.
Vanson reserves the right to refuse requests involving materials that may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or company policies.

All content available through the Website is owned by or licensed to Vanson and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
